I am so glad I worked with Troy. When I started looking for a house I had very little knowledge of the buying process and Troy made it very easy. I've known Troy since elementary school and it was great to work with him knowing that he had extensive knowledge of the area. Every time I was concerned about something or had questions Troy's responsiveness was nearly instantaneous and when it came time to put in an offer Troy was able to get me into a place lower than the listed price!
